Aliante - A Del Web Community

Aliante is one of the newest master planned communities located within the city of North Las Vegas. Aliante is spread out over 420 acres, with 22% of its land being dedicated to park areas, and public use.

Aliante consists of two distinct communities, which are, Sun City Del Webb, designed for active adult living, the other is set out to serve a diverse population.

One of its three parks, contains a man made lake with beautiful waterfalls, and a Nature Discovery Park. The 24 mile concrete trail will certainly appeal to the fitness minded.

Aliante Station Casino will be completed in late 2008 and will enhance this wonderful area.

Aliante Golf Club is an 18 hole, 125 acre, par 72, Course. It is a public golf course, and is visted by golfers from all over the country. Aliante Golf Club has a retail facility, and a restaurant with a covered patio.

The Sheep Mountain Range, which is part of the Desert Wildlife Range, adds to the natural beauty of this Master Plan Community.
